Returns Policy
In case the client want to change or cancel your Order, this must be made within no more than 24H00 after submitting it and, provided it has not already been shipped.
Changes to the Order must be made via telephone or through e-mail, using a means of contact available in Contacts, referring to the Code of Order and amendments to be made. If the Order has already been issued, changes can not be accepted.
Returns the resolution or agreement may be made only in the following situations:
• The deadline for returning items is 14 days after delivery - and to this end in contact by email in advance with our services;
• Items returned must be in perfect condition, complete and properly packaged in original packaging and no signs of actual use;
• The exchange of product / item, return or extorno money will be made after confirmation by us of the conditions imposed in the preceding paragraph;
• Costs of transportation costs to return are the sole responsibility of Customer.
