Warranty Conditions
Articles or products sold at Shop have warranty (unless stated otherwise) against manufacturing defects. Considered to be manufacturing defects anomalies that may arise within the warranty period, any component.
It excludes any compensation for damage to persons or property which may be caused directly or indirectly through articles and products marketed.
The careless use of the same or consequences from abuse in the transportation, use and / or poor installation are not considered manufacturing defects.
The warranty period shall enter into force after the date of the invoice for the sale of products / articles.
The repair or replacement of products / items will be carried out preferably (and free if guaranteed) on our technical services.
The responsibility of the customer the costs of transport costs of sending articles and products to our facility.
Straining the absence of any anomaly sought by the client, ANIMAL LIFE may charge Customer an amount equivalent to 25% of the article or product in question costs associated with necessary assessment of the anomaly.
The products / items immediately lose the warranty if their modifications or changes caused by third parties where the serial number has been defaced or torn, or is repaired by someone else, not authorized by us.
